What the heck good is the information "hours may fluctuate?"
I have tried calling the store on Memorial Ave in Orillia on three separate occasions and the phone simply rings...no one picks up!!!!!!!!!!! What kind of service is this?????
This is my go to place. Always friendly and knowledgable.
Rude male employee who talked down to me the entire 20 minutes I tried to get help buying an iPhone. I walked away and won't be returning.

No point calling no one ever answers the phone, it maybe they need more staff on site.
Some of the staff is not very helpful or interactive with the costumer.
I went to the store 2 times to try to get the nicer, older gentleman to help me, but each time I got stuck with a young, smug man who treated me like I was wasting his time. I will go out of my way to one of the many other Rogers locations to buy the 2 new phones I need instead of buying from this person.

If I could give this store negative stars I would. This store lacks professionalism at ever degree, none of the workers know what they are doing. There store phones don't even work, this place is a complete joke. I warn the public to stay clear of this insightful, dark, hell of a store.
This is one of the worst stores ever. Although there is probably at least one person who knows what they are doing, for the most part, the employees are incompetent and have no idea how to do their job. They do not have replacement phones (as promised by the customer service line), and they are curt and rude. They take forever to do one small task. Horrible!

Been trying to get a paper bill sent to me in the mail. Good luck. Been to the store 4 times to get it sent. Tried calling never get anyone on the phone. Left messages nobody calls back.almost like dealing with telus. Why is there no customer service anymore.

I just bought a galaxy s5 for myself yesterday from this location and the sales manager at the store helped me. He not just gave me a deal on the phone but also provided top of the line customer service. The gentleman who helped me was very professional. I will definitely recommend my friends and family to him.
I visited this store on a friends referral and the store manager helped me. He was vey professional and nice. The most straight forward and truthful sales person I ever met in my entire life. Me and my wife we both bought a smartphone, and we are very happy with the service.

Terrible customer service, I was given attitude and pretty much told they could not help me as they are only an "affiliate" of Rogers. Even though I purchased my phone from them, they refused to help me. Called Rogers customer service and got helped immediately. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE!!!!

Excellent customer service. Staff filled with lots of young and energetic group of people. They are able to assist with technical issues and updated in the electronic world.
Children ..... Literally children work at this store .... They act like high school students ... Chatting and flirting away like school children ..... Rogers needs to change staff at this location ASAP

Firstly let me start by saying don't listen to the other review posted it's clearly written by the new ownership of that location. I went in to change my plan and my first impression is these guys are not very friendly. They don't even Look at you they have terrible service. They even screwed up by not changing my plan so I was charged 800$ By Rogers. Avoid this place at all costs.

I agree with the above comment. They also need to come up with a better set up on getting customers served faster and more efficiently. Wait times on a busy day is just ridiculous. Perhaps implementing the terminals where customers can pay their own bills will help reduce wait times

The lady working at the front desk was VERY helpful! I needed a display phone for a project that I was assigned to support Research In Motion Canada. Rogers needs to hire more employees like her!
The WORST customer service of all Roger's outlets...unreal. They are extremely rude and uninterested in helping the customers!! Go to any other Rogers location!!
Told us our plans ended so that they could get us to buy new phones. We decided to change providers SINCE they told us the plans ended. WE get charged 200 dollar penalty for switching early. DO NOT GO.

This store called me to tell me that my phone that I ordered was now available . I realize that the I-phone5 is in high demand but did not appreciate that the store threatened me on their first contact with me . Why are they telling that they have a deadline for pick up instead of giving me actual information such at store hours to go pick it up?
Once again I should not be surprised. I dropped my phone off nearly 3 months ago to be sent out for repairs. They contacted me approximately one month after turning it in to tell me that it would cost 140+ dollars. I agreed to the repairs. Nearly two months passed and I had a rogers employee from another location contact them on my behalf they told her the phone is there and they had called me several times. They hadn't . I called customer service to complain and they wanted to call the store but I had to provide the number to them cause they could not find it. They called the store and the manager told them that they don't have my phone and never did have it and it was never given to them. Rogers now has to trace my phone down and it will take another week before a manager will contact me. If they do. Last time I was told that no one did call back. I give them 0 stars. I have lost all faith in this company and as soon as my contract is up I'm out. I recommend avoiding them at all costs as it is not worth the drama.
After over ten rings I got someone who put me on hold and was then answered by another person. She was moderately helpful with my inquiry about the iPhone 5S. Seems that they won't hold a phone and can't be ordered through the store... curious.
I have been to this location several times, always receive amazing service from the staff. I've made it my go to place to get services from Rogers, whether it be for my business or home.
completely worst service ever. got no answers no help. person laughed at me on the phone. a bunch of kids work there not worth it whatsoever. called rogers and they did everything for me for free no charge even refunded me for some previous chargers. rogers need to really see how this location really serves people.
Why have a place to advertise your location and forget to tell everyone when your open. Just makes going through issues with Rogers more unbearable. Therefore another former customer.
Would be nice if store hours were listed!! I shouldn't have to go all the way there to find out there closed! And I really shouldn't have to call, do we not have the Internet for convenience purposes?

I am not sure if the phone number listed is wrong or staff are sleeping. I have called and left my # for someone to call me back and nobody calls. The recording at this # does not indicate whether it's Rogers or not. What crappy service from Rogers as usual.
It is quite disappointing when there an emergency. And I'm a new owner of a smart phone and need to change old sim to micro sim, and I'm just wanting to know if theres a store open and all I can find is "hours fluctuate" how are you supposed to be taken serious .... there a start and end and then theres OT... not displaying correct store hours is a terrible marketting dession and who did it should have there job reassessed. Thank you
Broken iphone, right out of the box and they would not replace it when Rogers policy is 15 return on any mobile device.
Went in there to upgrade my plan, and was greeted and satisfied with service I got from the Store Manager. A Tall fellow, with a great outgoing personality. I will return to this location, which was lack-luster before this new ownership moved in!
I visited the Rogers store at Market Mall yesterday as I had dropped my Iphone 5 and just wanted to purchase a new one. After visiting the Apple store which is always a less than satisfactory experience, they told me I had to wait for 2 hours. I went over to Rogers and met with Erin and got a great deal to replace my phone. It was quick and easy and she was extremely helpful. Second great experience at a Rogers Store, keep up the good work!

Order phone from Rogers online. Got email to pick up from store. Went to pick up . Guess what sales person said we do not carry that phone. Show email then asian girl said for me to phone on friday at the earliest ,like she do doing me a favor . Very rude and unprofessional.
My wife and I popped in to ask some questions about phones, she's been thinking of upgrading recently. We were greeted by Laurie, who was the most straight forward talking and pleasant to get along with person that we have ever met. In no time at all my wife had all her questions answered and was quickly learning how to use her new phone. We'll definitely be going back to that location when it's my time to upgrade. Also, they have classes on how to use smartphones every Saturday... that's a nice touch.

I visited the beyond wireless Rogers location in Collingwood. I have to say wow!! When I walked in, there was a line up of people but I still had a friendly smile and hello to greet me. What I examined while waiting in line was fabulous. One salesperson was helping an older gentleman with his laptop setting up some internet and email... For those of us with elderly relatives, we know this can be quite a task but they handled it beautifully. Another rep was scanning the line up just to expediate persons needing very quick questions answered. I am a business owner and I have to say hats off to them. This is now my one and only Rogers location.
Everytime I go into that store to replace my box there is a 40 min wait. They even put you on a wait list. That store is awful. I have been there over 4 times now with the same result
I received slow to virtually no customer service, and was told to wait my turn! Will not be returning to this store, nor Rogers.
Customer service is appaling. The kind of service that if you were in a restaurant you'd walk out.
I would recommend anyone to get a contract here! The attendants are rude and very unprofessional. Seems like there only goal is to sell contracts.
